Couple of days ago I filed an OPRA request requesting the most “current” balance statement on the escrow account holding the Solberg Bond.
Today I got it and I realized it did not reflect the $2.9 million we had taken out. Then I noticed the date of the statement and it is from December 21, 2015. Almost a whole year ago.
Perhaps we only get a year-end balance update. If so I’ll have to request another statement in a couple of months.
