MyCentral Jersey reported that on Nov 18 Solberg’s lawyer will seek legal fees for the Judge Miller court case we just lost. The website reports that Solberg’s lawyer is using the same argument they did after the Jackson case for the fees.
They received $2.9 million from the township to pay for legal fees after we lost in the Jackson court. I suspect it won’t even be close to that amount.
UPDATE: NJ.com reported the number as being $338K. They also said we’ve paid over $309K in our own legal fees already. Wow… for such a small part of this whole case that is a large amount to just toss away.
